Electron Publish Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account information (email, name)
- GitHub connection data and an encrypted repository access token
- Project settings and the reports produced by your checks
- Repository files read during a check (config and entry files). They are processed to write the report and are not stored
- Usage data and analytics (Google Analytics)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Generate your readiness reports
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
Service Providers
We use these providers to run the service:
- Supabase: database, authentication and server functions
- Vercel: website hosting
- Anthropic: Claude AI model that writes the report from the repository files a check reads
- Resend: transactional email
- Google Analytics: anonymous usage statistics
No payments are processed during the free beta.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your GitHub access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your data is protected by row-level security so that each user can read only their own records.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and reports for as long as your account is active. You can delete a project and its reports, or your whole account, from the dashboard, or ask us to delete your data by email.
