By accessing or using Electron Publish Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Electron Publish Pro provides a managed build infrastructure for Electron applications. We sync your code from GitHub to our secure cloud storage, build your applications on our infrastructure, handle code signing and notarization, and publish to various app stores including Mac App Store, Microsoft Store, and Snap Store.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our platform and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. Each analysis or build operation consumes a certain number of credits as displayed before the operation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your source code and applications. We do not claim any ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and build your code solely for providing our services. Your code is stored in isolated, encrypted storage accessible only to your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Electron Publish Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
