1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Electron Publish Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Electron Publish Pro provides a Release Readiness Check for Electron applications. It reads configuration and entry files from a GitHub repository you connect and produces an AI-generated report with recommendations. The service is in beta, is provided as is, and reports can be incomplete or wrong. Build, signing and publishing features are planned and are not part of the service yet.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Pricing

The service is free during the beta, with a daily limit on checks. If paid features are introduced, they will be announced before they launch and will not be charged without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your source code and applications. We do not claim any ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to read and process the files needed for a check, including sending them to our AI provider, solely to produce your report. We do not store your source code.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Electron Publish Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
